Super base for travelling to Montreal and exploring local places. The hotel was located short walk to subway. Plus, it had proximity to a Catholic basilica.
-
Stayed here before, enjoyed staff and location. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Quiznos that is only 5 minutes' walk away.
-
No words to describe how I thoroughly enjoyed staff and location. The rooms with 2 double beds, fabulous views and new furniture. Lounge area was perfect for a breakfast.

We are happy to say that we enjoyed staff and food.
-
my favourite property in montreal. location really close to chinatown, old montreal.
-
Beautiful, large room. Nice, helpful man on arrival. Breakfast was very extensive but pricey.
actually nothing.

The view of our room, after extra payment for the upgrade
The breakfast was correct but for "good coffee", espresso you had to pay extra!
-
Beautiful large room, spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Many facilities.
Special club room booked because of late check out possibility (due to the evening flight back). Late check-out is also confirmed by mail. Eventually it turned out to be impossible on arrival. There was discussion, but no solution. Furthermore had to call 3 times because TV did not work, it took about 4 hours before someone came.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine. First we had a smoking room, after one night we got another room.
The rooms are somewhat old-fashioned, especially the bathroom (shower), the carpets do not give a fresh impression!
-
The services was too bad, if you have a car you will wait 45 minutes at least to find the bellman. If you want someone to take your luggage to your room you have to wait another 45 minutes. The breakfast too bad and no options. I have asked for a complaint form but no one gave it to me, I hope this review will be considered

went to a wedding concierge was very helpful
-
Room was lovely and the hotel in a fantastic location near Montreal Old Town. I would recommend to others.
It was hard to get from the car park at night, signage was not clear
-
Very nice room in a hotel well located near Old Montreal and downtown.
Difficult to find our way in the hotel which is located in a bigger building. It is like a labyrinth.
-
Convenient location; pitch black room.
"Rules" limit coffee provided in room to just 2 cups per day; no tv channel listing either on-screen or printed in room. Since one-half or more of stations were French only, having to scroll through the entire line-up every day was annoying.
