  Everything was excellent from the valet service, the concierge, the room, the sports facility, the cleanliness, the location in the city, the closeness to Old Montreal and the waterfront, etc. I would strongly recommend the InterContinental Montreal to anyone visiting the city of Montreal.

  Everything in old Montreal was within walking distance. Also there were 2 subway stops very close by to the hotel

  The room was very comfortable and the view was great. All the staff were helpful. The restaurant had a good breakfast menu and was reasonably priced for a big city.

  There was a misunderstanding about the charge for the room. We reserved two double rooms and wanted one King room and room with two double beds. We were told when we got there that two double beds would cost $20 more. The hotel waived the extra fee when we showed them our reservation form.

  I enjoyed the whole experience, the staff members were polite and easy to talk to, and the amount of services and perks available was large and interesting.

  Little tricky to find by public transport, and the prices for food was a little high, but that is to be expected in a fancy-type hotel!

  Cost of WiFi in the room. The industry standard is now free WiFi. Staff at fitness centre need to be more attentive - towels lying around etc...

  Room was spacious and well appointed, with excellent bathroom. Buffet breakfast was well worth the extra paid on booking (but the on-the-day cost was high). Location was between the old town and the modern business/shopping areas - ideal.

  Unbelievably small shower stall. Found the room a little small for a 5 star hotel. The TV only has analog reception.

  Close to old town, very clean

  Little bit difficult finding the way in this hotel, parking down in -9th floor and costs extra, internet 10 $ per day, should be included.

  Hotel staff were quite helpful & friendly, especially a lady called Roxanne who really went out of her way to be helpful. The location is quite central and is close to downtown and old montreal. Effective service at the hotel valet parking facility.

  Hugely over-priced vs. the actual quality of accomodations and service one gets. Rooms are on the small side, no view as next to the hotel is another hotel (Westin) which completely blocks the views from the right side if you're in any floor under 21st. I stayed for 5 nights and shampoos and soaps are not replaced automatically by housekeeping, so one needs to actually ask every time one runs out.. Housekeeping could be much better for a 5 star intercontinental property. They charge a lot of extras that you do not see when initially booking.
